Being Grateful is a way to be happy and make something of your life because there are many things that you have to be grateful about in life. You can be grateful for anything you have that others do not have to chance to experience or have. For example I am grateful for many things like being able to go home and have a room over my head, for the clothes and shoes that i have, and the most important one of them all is having my family by my side. My family is the thing I am grateful for the most. My parents were the ones that brought me into this life they are the ones providing me with things I need and want. They have provided me with a home, siblings, clothes, shoes, and many more things. I am grateful fro my sisters that I have because without them my life would be boring. According to researchers being grateful helps you live longer. Happier people live longer, healthier lives. They found that happy people were 35% less likely to die than unhappy ones. Being grateful will also but you in a good mood. By you focusing on the reasons you are grateful will make you happy and appreciate life more.
